Sponsorship Conditions. All Sponsors. Sponsorship form must be completed and signed by an authorized signatory of all business sponsors before any advertising is placed on www.lapford.com Sponsorship fees must be paid within 28 days of the invoice date. Failure to do so may result in the removal of all advertising on www.lapford.com. Sponsorship fees are not refundable. Business logos maybe included. This must be provided in digital format (GIF or JPG, etc.) Logos from letterheads etc can be digitized, but subject to an additional charge at the standard rate charged by GreenSmurf Web Designs. Any business logos provided may be resized to fit the webpage format. Sponsorship renewal notices will be issued on the anniversary of the original invoice date.
